Welcome to BloomSkin.mu, the official website of BloomSkin Ltd (“BloomSkin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

1. Use of the Website

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to use this Site lawfully and only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of your access.

2. Orders

To place an order on BloomSkin.mu, you must first register your details on the website. This applies to all orders, whether prepaid or postpaid.

Payments must be made in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) using one of the following methods:

●       Bank transfer via Internet Banking or MCB Juice Bank Transfer;

●       Cash on collection.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure your order and payment information is secure. However, except in cases of our negligence, we cannot be held responsible for any losses due to unauthorized access by third parties.

All product prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees and include VAT, as BloomSkin Ltd is VAT registered. Prices are subject to change at any time before order confirmation.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation to ensure swift shipment. Due to this, the cancellation window is very limited.

Once your order is confirmed and payment received, no changes or cancellations can be made.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at bloomskinmur@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation,” including your full name and order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

If cancellation is accepted, an administration fee of 5% of the total purchase amount will apply.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery and only if the products are unopened, unused, with seals intact.

If you received a damaged or faulty product, or if there is a discrepancy between your order and the delivered item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing bloomskinmur@gmail.com with the subject “Returns,” along with your name and order number.

Please note:

●       We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind;

●       No direct exchanges are offered;

●       Returned products must be delivered to our office at Trefles, Rose-Hill with your invoice/transaction receipt

●       Shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable;

●       Refunds without subsequent purchases will incur a 5% administrative fee.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if:

●       The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery;

●       The product has been opened, used, or tampered with;

●       The product seal is broken;

●       The serial or batch number does not match our records.

All sales are final once the products have been sold.

5. Delivery

Orders are delivered via courier. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, BloomSkin Ltd is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

In the event of a failed delivery caused by us, we will arrange redelivery at no extra cost.

6. Product Information

All products are sold “as is” and without warranties. We do not guarantee that any product will suit your specific skin type or condition. For personalized advice, please consult a skincare professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, and product descriptions—are owned by BloomSkin Ltd or its partners and protected by copyright laws.

You may not use or reproduce any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

●       Introduce harmful software or viruses;

●       Use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful activities;

●       Disrupt Site functionality;

●       Attempt unauthorized access to data or accounts;

●       Violate any laws or third-party rights.
