Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only within 7 days of delivery and only if the products are unopened, unused, with seals intact.

If you received a damaged or faulty product, or if there is a discrepancy between your order and the delivered item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing bloomskinmur@gmail.com with the subject “Returns,” along with your name and order number.

Please note:

       We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind;

       No direct exchanges are offered;

       Returned products must be delivered to our office at Trefles, Rose-Hill with your invoice/transaction receipt

       Shipping and packaging fees are non-refundable;

       Refunds without subsequent purchases will incur a 5% administrative fee.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if:

       The return request is made more than 7 days after delivery;

       The product has been opened, used, or tampered with;

       The product seal is broken;

       The serial or batch number does not match our records.

All sales are final once the products have been sold.
